I believe that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance. So I am committed to meeting those needs,

as a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.

I am fully insured with Babtac Ins Ltd. Am a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists and am qualified

to the VTCT national standards and provide the following treatments :

The therapeutic effects of touch have been used for centuries to help heal ailments and restore imbalances

in the body.

To enhance your treatment you may like to add an exfoliation & body polish treatment and Hot Stone Therapies alongside any of the treatments listed below - please ask for details.

The following treatments are available, after an initial consultation I can recommend the best treatment for

Reflexology

Lymphatic or detox massage

Lymphatic drainage massage treatment uses gentle, repetitive strokes to facilitate the lymphatic system. It is a specialised massage that is sometimes referred to as a ‘detox massage’, supporting your body’s internal filtration system to help keep your immune system in check. Helps to improve mood and combat anxiety. Boosts body’s filtration system. Can increase energy.

The better your circulation, the more energy you can expect to have and the more effectively your organs will function, particularly regarding the elimination of toxins.

Reflexology uses pressure on specific areas of the feet to stimulate healing in the corresponding organs and

glands in body. This helps energy to flow more freely throughout your body, it promotes relaxation, improves circulation, soothes tired feet and encourages overall healing and balancing.

Indian Head massage

Indian Head Massage has been practised in India for over a thousand years. The aim of Indian Head massage is

to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face and neck & shoulders. It is particularly effective for those suffering from tension headaches, sinusitis, ear problems,

insomnia and fatigue.

Swedish Body Massage

This invigorating massage is designed to release tension in the soft tissues of the body, stimulate circulation

and aid the lymphatic system helping to eliminate waste toxins.

It involves long, flowing strokes in the direction of the heart to increase blood and oxygen flow.

It relaxes the body, boosts the immune system system and increases vitality.

Back massage

As above - concentrating on the back, neck and shoulders. A deeply relaxing back massage, relieves stress and helps relax knots that commonly build up in this area.

Hopi Ear Candles -£30

Thermal Auricular therapy is a pleasant non-invasive treatment for the ears. It helps tinnitus, compacted ear

wax, glue ear, sore throats, hay fever, headaches and migraine, rhinitis and sinusitis. Gentle heat from the

candle stimulates the blood and lymph circulation, boosting the immune system and regulating pressure with

your ears and sinuses.
